1. Overview
This website is operated by Chloe's Boutique ("we", "us", "our"), Edgar Van Baveghemstraat 8, Tielt, Belgium. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products
We try to show our products' colors, images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Colors may look different on different screens, and small variations in size or fit can occur. Please check the size guide before ordering. We may change, discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at any time.

4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is due at the time of order. We use secure third-party payment providers and never store your full card details. We may cancel and refund an order if there is a pricing or stock error, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Taxes and customs
Taxes, duties and import fees are handled as described in our Shipping Policy. 

7. Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in the listing, or if we suspect misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

8. Promotions and discount codes
Discounts and promo codes are valid only for the stated period and conditions, and can't be combined unless we say so. We may withdraw a code that was shared in error or misused.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Chloe's Boutique or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to hack it, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to or use third-party services. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chloe's Boutique is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including in the EU and your US state.

13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. 

14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
